Our sessions run for between 40
minutes and an hour depending on the child’s age. Classes for 2 - 3 year olds are 40 min long and 3 - 4 years are 45 min .long.
All children should wear
comfortable sporty clothes and trainers/comfortable closed shoes. Often it is
best to wear layers so that they can remove as necessary as the class
progresses and they warm up. Please bring a water bottle to the class.
EzeeSport is a parent free/coach-led
activity i.e. we encourage the children to participate independently of their parents
but realise that, the first time they come along, they might need you close by
for a bit of moral support.
Due to safeguarding requirements,
we ask that you stay on the premises while your child is in a class unless you
have discussed it with us beforehand. We also kindly ask that, during the
class, discussions amongst parents/carers who are watching, are kept to a
minimum as we have found that this distracts the children from the session.
Yes, we offer a free taster (no
obligation) class to any child who has not been to our classes before. Please
contact office@ezeesport.com
to arrange a trial class.
We offer classes on a termly
basis. Children can join our classes at any point in a term after they have
done a free trial. You will only pay for the remaining termly classes on a
pro-rata basis.
We do not give refunds for missed lessons. If your child is unwell or we have
had to cancel the class due to unforeseen circumstances, we will try our best
to schedule a make-up class for your child on an alternate day and time, providing
there is space. Please notify us before your child misses the class if you want
to schedule a make-up class. Make-up classes need to be taken in the term in
which the class was missed. Please note that we do not schedule make-up
sessions for holiday club bookings or birthday parties.
No, you will need to rebook. If
your child is currently attending EzeeSport classes, you should be sent an
email with the deadline for priority booking. Once this date has passed, the
booking will be open to the public. Spaces are only guaranteed once full payment
has been received.
If you join the EzeeSport Membership Club you are entitled to a sibling discount. Please email us before making your booking to get the discount code. Please see our welcome page for information on membership.

Your child will need a change of clothes for EzeeSport. Depending on what school your child attends he/she can either wear their school PE kit or take in a change of sports clothes for the class. Please note that they will go home in their sports gear to avoid getting changed a second time.
We also recommend that you supply a small snack for your child to have just before the start of the EzeeSport class. Children can get quite hungry by the end of the school day and a piece of fruit or snack will give them the extra energy they need for the class.
If you give 7 or more days' notice you will be able to change your dates within the same holiday season, subject to availablity, free of charge. After this time any changes will be at our discretion and will depend on the number of children attending and availability on alternate dates.
You may cancel for up to two weeks in advance of the starting date of your camp in order to recieve a refund less a 10% administrative charge.
Any cancellations after this two week period and up to 48 hours before the start of the club will result in a 50% or a full credit towards the next holiday camps on offer.
Any cancellations 48 hours before the start of the camp due to illness or injury will not result in a refund but may at our discretion be entitled to a credit for the next holiday camps on offer.
If we are unable to run a class due to adverse weather conditions or circumstances beyond our control, we will where possible, make up the class at another date. Regrettably we will be unable to issue a refund.
We will notify you of any closures by email, text or notification on the EzeeSport website and Facebook Page.
If your child is unable to attend a class during adverse weather conditions but the class is open, no refund will be applicable.
Credits are available 6 months from the date of issue. They can be used to reduce fees on any of our Ezeesport camps. After 6 months, a credit will be forfeited and may not be used for a future booking.
Credits may not be used to purchase or offset fees for Ezeesport classes.
Credits may only be used at the Franchise centre where the original booking was made.
Ezeesport requires that all children who are ill or infectious be kept home for the full duration of their illness, and for 48 hours after the last symptom occurs.
If they cannot attend the camp, we will usually offer alternate dates or a credit for future camps.
Your child needs to be at least 3 years old to attend an Ezeesport camp and they must be fully toilet trained and able to go to the toilet independently.
In the case of an accident, first aid will be administered to your child and you will be notified at collection. If emergency services are called, you will be notified immediately.
If your child does not attend a scheduled day on the camp, you must email our office preferably before the camp commences, but, at the latest, by the end of the day on which your child was due to attend the camp.
We do take photos and film activities at our camps for informational material. You will always be notified if this is due to take place and asked to grant your permission. Please advise the Lead coach at registration if you have any objections.
We do not exclude any child die to specific needs or medical conditions wherever possible.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any educational needs, or medical conditions prior to booking a place on the camp so we can consider the most effective way to accommodate your child, and if it is possible for participation safely within our coach to pupil ratios.
A decision will be made on a case to case basis and is dependent upon the level of support your child needs.
We are not able to provide additional staff to support a child above our normal ratios.
We can accept booking for a child with specific needs on a paid trail basis, however, we reserve the right to review further boookings.
Our experienced coaches understand when a childs behaviour requires firm guidance, however in some circumstances our disciplinary procedures will be brought into action to protect the safety and enjoyment of the other children on our camps.
In an instance of unacceptable disruptive behaviour, the child will be asked to sit out for a few minutes during which time the coach will address the behaviour and explain the consequences of repeated disruption.
If the child continues to behave in an unacceptable manner they will be asked to sit out for the rest of the session. We will not issue a refund for any portion of the session where the child is required to sit out.
If the child persists with negative behaviour, we will call the parent to discuss the best course of action. If the child shows a willingness to change and improve their behaviour, then they can return to future camps.
As a final resort, we reserve right to exclude a child if they continue with their persistent unacceptable behaviour.
If a child has been excluded from future camp sessions, we will refund the camp sessions that have not yet been attended.
A packed lunch and extra snacks- its a long active day and the children do get quite hungry.
Water bottle with you (you may also supply a fruit juice as extra for the lunch break). The children get really thirsty from running around, so a large named bottle of water would be great.
Suitable clothing for our sports activities.
Trainers are the best form of footwear.
Appropriate clothing on the day for outdoor activities- warm top or sunhat.
Yes- you can drop your child off and pick them up at the end of the camp. If you are worried about your child settling, we don't mind you staying for the first 15 minutes, however in our experience, the children settle better once the parents have left.
